We have just ended our exciting Summer Arts program for kids, with around 100 participating young, emerging artists. Every year now this program raises the bar on creativity and enthusiasm for the arts in our community. We are thankful to the Nogales Unified School District for helping make this program possible!
Starting next month, we have lined up a compelling schedule of exhibits and events for our 2019/20 season, and continue adding as we speak. In September we have invited several Green Valley artists to participate in a group, thus expanding our support in our neighbor communities. Don’t miss this varied and interesting showcase.
Of course October always brings us the popular Members Open. Every year it seems we get more and more participation, and we only wish we had more walls!
Notably, we have also improved our physical site by an expensive but needed drainage and retaining wall repair in our parking lot, making it much safer for our guests now and allowing more parking for events.
Along with new and enthusiastic Board of Director members, expanded art classes, improved office support, plus more dedicated volunteers and new members, we are looking forward to our 51st season of operations. Join us and see what local art can do!
